FIRST CASE OF CORONAVIRUS CONFIRMED IN NIGERIA (LAGOS STATE)

 The Federal Ministry of Health has confirmed a CORONAVIRUS disease (COVID.19) in Lagos State,Nigeria.
      The case which was confirmed on the 27th of February 2020. According them this is the first case to be reported in Nigeria since the outbreak of the virus in China, in January 2020.
This is as a result of an Italian citizen who works in Nigeria and returned from Milan, Italy to Lagos.
      The Federal Ministry of Health should have the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) immediately activated not only in Lagos State but in various states a well. Because people travel to different countries everyday even China that has the outbreak of the disease. China is a place where people get most of their goods.
       So I suggest that the NCDC should be dispatched to various states.

We all know that PREVENTION is better than CURE.
